| Opis: | Organizational culture represents one of the key determinants of success in modern organizations, as it significantly influences employee behavior, the way the organization operates, and the achievement of its strategic objectives. In today’s dynamic and rapidly changing business environment, the alignment between organizational culture and organizational goals is becoming increasingly important for the long-term stability and performance of companies. Therefore, this study focuses on examining the relationship between organizational goals and organizational culture in a selected company, while also analyzing the extent to which organizational culture supports the achievement of defined objectives.
Within the scope of the research, we first examined the current state of the organization’s goals and how these are reflected in employees’ everyday practices and in organizational behavior at various levels. This was followed by an analysis of the company’s organizational culture, focusing on its key dimensions, such as communication, leadership, reward systems, and interpersonal relationships within the organization.
The findings indicate that the organizational culture in the selected company significantly supports the achievement of organizational goals, particularly through employees’ collaborative orientation, developmental activities, and efforts to strengthen organizational cohesion. At the same time, the results also point to further opportunities for enhancing this support, particularly in the areas of communication, leadership, and the alignment of individual employee contributions with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Based on the findings, it can be concluded that organizational culture in the analyzed company represents an important strategic development factor which, through further development and systematic management, can contribute even more significantly to the organization’s effectiveness and overall performance. |
