Abstract:Selekcijski postopki predstavljajo ključen del kadrovskega managementa, saj določajo, kako organizacije izberejo najprimernejše kandidate za delovna mesta.

Title:Analysis of selection procedures in the company X
Abstract:Selection procedures are a crucial part of human resource management, as they determine how organizations choose the most suitable candidates for job positions. A quality selection process significantly impacts both the company's success and the experience of candidates, as well as the employer's reputation. The thesis discusses the selection processes at company X with the aim of researching the course of the employment process and how candidates experience it. We used a combination of theoretical and empirical methods in our research, including description, literature review, compilation, survey research, and statistical analysis of the collected data. The results show that candidates perceive the selection process of company X as professional, transparent, and pleasant, which confirms the company's high standards and strengthens the trust of candidates. When deciding to apply, the greatest weight is given to practical working conditions and development opportunities, and when searching for information, they rely primarily on personal sources. The survey also highlights opportunities for improvement, particularly in the area of greater standardization of evaluation and a more comprehensive presentation of organizational culture. The thesis offers an empirically supported insight into the selection process of company X, confirms its good practices, and highlights opportunities for further development of personnel procedures.
