| Opis: | The purpose of the thesis was to use a business plan to present a business idea, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and to use financial and other projections to demonstrate the feasibility of the idea, thereby setting out the vision and direction of the company's operations. Using methods of description, analysis, and classification, we began by presenting what a business plan is, what its components are, defined the essential differences between a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company, and presented a business idea based on the collected data on the number of overweight dogs in Slovenia and their lack of physical activity. In the research part of the thesis, we used statistical methods to obtain data, which we used as a basis and aid in writing the entire business plan. At the end of the thesis, we came to the conclusion that despite moderate resistance to change, with appropriate promotion and customer relations, we can succeed in reducing resistance and concerns, increase owners' knowledge about dog exercise, and at least to some extent contribute to improving the quality of life of dogs in terms of exercise and encourage greater physical activity among dogs, at least among our customers, thereby contributing to a reduction in the number of overweight dogs in Slovenia while at the same time operating profitably. |
