Abstract:Uvod: Digitalna odvisnost predstavlja naraščajoči izziv za mladostnike in njihove družine. Namen dela je raziskati, kateri organizacijski ergonomski vidiki družinskega upravljanja vplivajo na preprečevanje odvisnosti od digitalnih tehnologij pri mladostnikih. Metode: Izvedli smo sistematični pregled literature z analizo in sintezo znanstvenih virov. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo. Literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL in Cochrane Library. Potek iskanja smo prikazali z diagramom PRISMA, sintezo zbranih dokazov pa predstavili s tematsko analizo. Oceno kakovosti člankov smo izvedli z orodjem JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) in nato naredili tematsko analizo. Rezultati: V končno analizo smo vključili 10 člankov. Identificirali smo ključne organizacijske ergonomske dejavnike: jasna struktura, kakovost odnosov in starševski zgled. Glavna kategorija tematske analize je družinsko upravljanje digitalnih tehnologij, podkategorije so: izobraževalne intervencije staršev, preventivne pristope, družinske odnose ter strokovno pomoč in obravnavo. Razprava in zaključek: Ugotavljamo, da aktivno družinsko upravljanje in uvedba jasnih pravil uporabe digitalnih tehnologij zmanjšujeta tveganje za razvoj odvisniških vedenj pri mladostnikih. Organizacijska struktura družine in dosledna pravila uporabe tehnologij delujejo preventivno ter podpirajo zdrave digitalne navade. Boljše razumevanje vplivov tehnologije omogoča staršem učinkovitejše usmerjanje in regulacijo mladostnikovih digitalnih aktivnosti. Za oblikovanje praktičnih smernic upravljanja digitalnega okolja v družinah so potrebne dodatne raziskave.

Title:Family management of digital technologies: organizational ergonomics perspectives in preventing adolescent addiction
Abstract:Introduction: Digital addiction represents a growing challenge for adolescents and their families. This study aims to explore which organizational ergonomic aspects of family management influence the prevention of digital technology addiction in adolescents. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted through the analysis and synthesis of scientific sources. A descriptive method was employed. The literature search was performed across the PubMed, CINAHL, and Cochrane Library databases. The search process was illustrated using a PRISMA flow diagram, and the synthesis of the collected evidence was presented through thematic analysis. The quality of the selected articles was assessed using the JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute) tool, followed by thematic analysis. Results: Ten articles were included in the final analysis. The results identified key organizational and ergonomic factors, including a clear family structure, quality of relationships, and parental role modelling. The main category of the thematic analysis was family management of digital technologies, with the following subcategories: parental educational interventions, preventive approaches, family relationships, and professional support and treatment. Discussion and conclusion: Family organization and clearly defined rules regarding technology serve an important preventive function. Understanding the impacts of digital technologies enables parents to better regulate adolescents’ habits. Further research is needed to develop practical guidelines for managing the digital environment within families.
