Title:Nabavni proces v podjetju Versaprint d.o.o.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali nabavni proces kot eno izmed ključnih poslovnih funkcij v podjetju in njegov vpliv na uspešnost poslovanja. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opredelili pojem nabave, njen pomen in vlogo v podjetju. Podrobneje smo predstavili faze nabavnega procesa, upravljanje z zalogami in pomen vzpostavljanja ter ohranjanja dobrih odnosov z dobavitelji. V praktičnem delu smo se osredotočili na predstavitev in analizo nabavnega procesa v podjetju Versaprint d.o.o. Predstavili smo celotno ponudbo podjetja, potek procesa naročanja materiala, omenili smo njihove dobavitelje in opisali prevzem materiala ter fakturiranje. Zaključili smo, da je učinkovito upravljanje nabavnega procesa ključno za doseganje konkurenčnosti podjetja. Dobro organizirana nabava, ustrezno upravljanje zalog in skrbno izbrani dobavitelji prispevajo k večji uspešnosti ter stabilnosti poslovanja podjetja Versaprint d.o.o.

Title:Procurement process in the company Versaprint d. o. o.
Abstract:In this thesis, we examined the procurement process as one of the key business functions in a company and its impact on overall business performance. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we first defined the concept of procurement, its importance and its role within a company. We then described in more detail the stages of the procurement process, inventory management and the importance of establishing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. In the practical part, we focused on the presentation and analysis of the procurement process in the company Versaprint d.o.o. We presented the company's full range of services, described the process of ordering materials, identified their suppliers and explained the procedures for receiving materials and invoicing. We concluded that effective management of the procurement process in essential for achieving a company's competitiveness. Well-organized procurement, appropriate inventory management and carefully selected suppliers contribute to greater efficiency and stability in the operations of Versaprint d.o.o.
