Abstract:Mladostniki z motnjami hranjenja (MH) imajo pogosto znižano z zdravjem povezano kakovost življenja (HRQoL) zaradi izrazitih telesnih, psiholoških in socialnih posledic bolezni. Namen pregleda je bil sintetizirati dokaze o HRQoL po zaključenem zdravljenju MH pri mladostnikih in opredeliti dejavnike, povezane z dolgotrajnimi izidi.Izvedli smo sistematičen pregled literature v mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah (PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate (EBSChost), Web of Science, SAGE) za obdobje 2010 do 2025 z vnaprej določenimi vključitvenimi merili. Uporabili smo opisno metodo dela. Vključene raziskave smo opisno analizirali. Ocenili smo moč dokazov s pomočjo hirerhije dokazov in jih prikazali v evalvacijski tabeli. Izvedli smo vsebinsko analizo. Podatke smo obdelali s pomočjo vsebinske analize.

Title:Life of an adolescent after healed eating disorder
Abstract:Adolescents with eating disorders (EDs) often experience reduced health-related quality of life (HRQoL) due to significant physical, psychological, and social consequences of the illness. The aim of this review was to synthesise evidence on HRQoL following completion of treatment for EDs in adolescents and to identify factors associated with long-term outcomes.A systematic literature review was conducted in international databases (PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate [EBSCOhost], Web of Science, and SAGE) covering the period from 2010 to 2025, using predefined inclusion criteria. A descriptive research approach was applied. The included studies were analysed descriptively. The strength of evidence was assessed using a hierarchy of evidence and presented in an evaluation table. A thematic content analysis was performed. Of the 366 records initially identified, 10 studies were included in the final analysis. Based on these studies, three thematic subcategories were identified: physical, psychological, and social aspects of quality-of-life following treatment for eating disorders. HRQoL improves after treatment; however, it often does not reach age-related normative levels. The most substantial and persistent deficits remain in the psychological and social domains, whereas physical aspects tend to recover more rapidly. Protective factors include family and peer support, as well as regular monitoring of HRQoL.
