Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava načrtovanje in izvedbo plesnih dejavnosti v predšolskem obdobju ter raziskuje, kako ples spodbuja otrokovo ustvarjalnost, izražanje in sodelovanje. Celoten potek in zaključek dejavnosti potrjujeta, da premišljeno načrtovanje, strokovni pristop in predvsem zaupanje v otrokove zmožnosti prispevajo k uspešni izvedbi plesnih dejavnosti v predšolskem obdobju.

Title:Planning and implementation of dance activities within the development project kindergarten dances
Abstract:This thesis examines the planning and implementation of dance activities in the preschool years and explores how dance fosters children's creativity, self-expression, and collaboration. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part presents the significance of dance, creative movement, improvisation, and the role of a preschool teacher in fostering children's creativity. It also provides a detailed description of creative process phases and the importance of developmental tasks in preschool and dance education within the Preschool Curriculum. The practical part presents the implementation of the developmental project Kindergarten Dances at the Ravne na Koroškem Kindergarten, in which children explored the professions of artist, dancer, sculptor, and painter through dance activities. The dance activities were based on improvisation and creative movement. Through these activities, children developed their motor skills, imagination, creativity, and love of art. The final event, held as part of the kindergarten's 80th anniversary celebration, represented the concluding stage of the project, during which the children showed the results of their creative work. Based on the evaluation of their dance activities, it was found that children demonstrated a high level of imagination, independence, and the ability to cooperate with one another when creating dance motifs. The overall process and the end of activities confirm that careful planning, a professional approach, and, above all, trust in children's abilities significantly contribute to a successful implementation of dance activities in the preschool period.
