Title:Integracija integralne korporativne varnosti in korporativne obveščevalne dejavnosti pri koncesionarju osrednjega slovenskega logističnega vozlišča : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava integracijo integralne korporativne varnosti in korporativne obveščevalne dejavnosti v organizaciji, ki deluje v kompleksnem logističnem okolju. Namen raziskave je bil analizirati teoretična izhodišča obeh področij, preučiti njuno delovanje v praksi ter oblikovati predlog sistemskega modela za njuno učinkovitejše povezovanje. Teoretični del naloge opredeljuje integralno korporativno varnost kot celovit in sistemski pristop k upravljanju varnosti in tveganj, ki vključuje različne varnostne funkcije ter njihovo medsebojno povezanost. Korporativna obveščevalna dejavnost je predstavljena kot proces zbiranja, analize in uporabe informacij, ki organizaciji omogoča pravočasno prepoznavanje tveganj in podporo odločanju. Poseben poudarek je namenjen njuni povezanosti ter vlogi pri strateškem, operativnem in kriznem odločanju. Empirični del raziskave temelji na analizi dokumentov in izvedbi polstrukturiranih intervjujev v izbranem poslovnem subjektu. Rezultati kažejo, da sta obe področji v organizaciji prisotni, vendar njuno delovanje ni v celoti sistemsko povezano. Ugotovljene so bile vrzeli predvsem na področju pretoka informacij, formalizacije obveščevalnih procesov in povezave z upravljanjem tveganj. Prav tako je zaznati pretežno reaktivno uporabo informacij in pomanjkanje celostnega pristopa k obvladovanju tveganj. Na podlagi ugotovitev je bil oblikovan konceptualni sistemski model, ki povezuje obveščevalni cikel, upravljanje tveganj in integralno korporativno varnost. Predlagani model omogoča boljšo integracijo informacijskih tokov, učinkovitejšo podporo odločanju in večjo odpornost organizacije na varnostne grožnje. Magistrska naloga prispeva k boljšemu razumevanju povezovanja varnosti in informacij v organizacijah ter predstavlja uporabno osnovo za nadaljnji razvoj integriranih varnostnih sistemov v praksi.

Title:Integration of integral corporate security and corporate intelligence in a concessionaire operating slovenia’s central logistics hub
Abstract:This master’s thesis examines the integration of corporate security management and corporate intelligence within an organization operating in a complex logistics environment. The aim of the research was to analyze the theoretical foundations of both fields, examine their actual functioning in practice, and develop a conceptual system model for their more effective integration. The theoretical part defines corporate security management as a comprehensive and systematic approach to managing security and risks, encompassing various security functions and their interconnections. Corporate intelligence is presented as a process of collecting, analyzing, and using information that enables organizations to identify risks in a timely manner and support decision-making. Particular emphasis is placed on their interrelationship and their role in strategic, operational, and crisis decision-making. The empirical part of the research is based on document analysis and semi-structured interviews conducted within the selected organization. The results indicate that both fields are present within the organization; however, their functioning is not fully integrated. Key gaps were identified primarily in information flow, the formalization of intelligence processes, and their connection with risk management. Additionally, a predominantly reactive use of information and a lack of a comprehensive approach to risk management were observed. Based on the findings, a conceptual system model was developed, integrating the intelligence cycle, risk management, and corporate security management. The proposed model enables better integration of information flows, more effective decision-making support, and increased organizational resilience to security threats. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of the integration of security and intelligence in organizations and provides a practical foundation for the further development of integrated security systems in practice.
