Dobljene podatke smo analizirali s pomočjo opisne statistike in Spearmanove korelacijske analize.

Title:The role of employee motivation in the adoption of digital collaboration platforms: the case of Slack
Abstract:Employee motivation plays an important role in the adoption of digital collaboration platforms in the work environment. Today, digital platforms have an important role in communication, collaboration, and work organization, as they enable employees to exchange information more quickly and coordinate tasks more easily. Despite their many advantages the successful use of such platforms depends not only on the technology itself, but also on employees' attitudes toward their use and their willingness to adapt to new ways of working. The purpose of the research was to determine how employees perceive the use of the digital collaboration platform Slack, what their motivation for using the platform is, and how age and level of education influence the adoption of the digital collaboration platform. The theoretical part presents employee motivation, the acceptance of digital technologies, and the characteristics of digital collaboration platforms, with special attention given to the Slack platform. The empirical part is based on a guestionnaire survey in which 106 respondents participated The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's correlation analysis. The research results show that employees generally perceive Slack positively, especially from the perspective of communication, collaboration, and adaptation to new ways of working Most respondents use Slack mainly for communication, exchange of information, and coordination of work tasks, however, its use is not entirely uniform among employees. We also found that younger employees adapt somewhat more quickly to the use of Slack and that employees generally perceive the platform as useful and relatively easy to use. In some questions, a higher proportion of neutral responses was also present, indicating that the use of Slack has not yet been fully accepted by all employees. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that employee motivation significantly influences the adoption of digital collaboration platforms. It is important that organizations provide employees with appropriate support clear instructions, and gradual implementation of digital solutions, as this can significantly contribute to the successful use of digital platforms in the work environment.
