Rezultati: V podrobno analizo/pregled smo vključili sedem raziskav.

Title:Interpersonal relationships through the prism of Asperger´s syndrome
Abstract:Introduction: Asperger's syndrome is a neurobiological disorder; recent research suggests that it may be caused by impaired gut function. It is a disorder that manifests primarily in impaired communication, interpersonal relationships etc. In the area of interpersonal relationships, individuals have difficulty establishing interaction, expressing emotions, showing empathy, and solving problems; they lack interest in peers, struggle to make friends, and are unable to engage in normal conversation. The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the impact of Asperger syndrome on interpersonal relationships. Methods: The thesis was based on a descriptive research method and a review of scientific literature. The literature was obtained from the PubMed, Cochrane Library, and CINAHL Ultimate databases and included sources not older than 11 years. The literature search was presented using a PRISMA flow diagram, followed by an assessment of the strength of evidence (hierarchy of evidence) as well as an analysis and synthesis of the literature. Results: Eight studies were included in the detailed analysis and review. The main findings showed that individuals with Asperger syndrome desire romantic and friendship relationships, but have greater difficulty maintaining them. Discussion and conclusion: Asperger syndrome is a manageable condition. Despite difficulties that may appear in communication, forming and maintaining interpersonal relationships and other areas, individuals can live a full and harmonious life with the help of appropriate techniques, support, exercises, and an understanding of the condition.
