Abstract:
Iz strokovne literature je razvidno, da ima projektna pisarna velik vpliv pri zagotavljanju uspešnosti in učinkovitosti vodenja projektov. V zaključnem delu smo na podlagi teoretičnih osnov in obstoječih dobrih praks ugotavljali pomen projektne pisarne pri zagotavljanju kakovosti projektnega vodenja. Magistrsko delo prikazuje oblikovan model oddelka za podporo projektom na Ministrstvu za digitalno preobrazbo v Republiki Sloveniji. Namen zaključnega dela je prikazati pomembnost strukturiranega pristopa k obvladovanju projektov za zagotavljanje uspešnosti in učinkovitosti projektov v javni upravi.

Title:
Project office model in the public sector
Abstract:
Scientific literature shows, that project management offices have a significant impact in effectiveness and efficiency in project management. Based on theoretical knowledge and existing best practices, this thesis explores the impact of project management offices in reassuring the quality of project management. This Master's thesis shows a model created for an enterprise project management office in the case of Ministry of Digital Transformation in Slovenia. It shows the importance of a structured approach to managing projects for assuring effectiveness and efficiency of projects in the public sector.
