| Abstract: | The Bled eConference, organized by the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Organizational Sciences, has been shaping the development of electronic, now digital business and society since 1988. The theme of the 39th conference is “Co-creating Human-Centred and Responsible Digital Futures.” We emphasize the importance to include diverse groups in digital development, whose creators understand and accept responsibility in shaping a future for broader society based on ethics, inclusivity, and sustainability. Digital technologies, as a means of transforming systems and solutions, should be focused on long-term well-being of people. We encourage innovation, resilience, social and economic progress. The papers of this conference address various topics, including opportunities and challenges of twin transition, new digital technologies, artificial intelligence and data science, decision analytics for business and social change, digital business models, jobs of the future, digital health, digital ethics, digital education, smart and sustainable cities, digital consumers, and digital transformation of the public sector. |
