Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava organizacijo dela v malih podjetjih ob kadrovskih izzivih. Pomanjkanje delovne sile predstavlja enega ključnih problemov sodobnega poslovnega okolja, saj vpliva na razporeditev delovnih nalog, obremenjenost zaposlenih, prenos znanja ter učinkovitost delovnih procesov. Zaradi omejenih kadrovskih virov so mala podjetja pri soočanju s tovrstnimi izzivi še posebej ranljiva. V nalogi so predstavljene značilnosti malih podjetij, organizacija dela, kadrovski izzivi ter pomen prenosa znanja, motivacije zaposlenih in vloge vodstva.

Title:Organisation of work in a small enterprise facing workforce challenges
Abstract:This master's thesis examines work organization in small enterprises facing workforce-related challenges. Labor shortages represent one of the key issues in the contemporary business environment, as they affect task allocation, employee workload, knowledge transfer, and the efficiency of work processes. Due to their limited human resources, small enterprises are particularly vulnerable when dealing with such challenges. The thesis presents the characteristics of small enterprises, work organization, workforce challenges, and the importance of knowledge transfer, employee motivation, and the role of management. Special attention is given to the impact of labor shortages on work organization and to possible approaches for reducing their negative effects. The research findings indicate that labor shortages have a significant impact on work organization and employee workload. At the same time, the results confirm that effective task allocation, clearly defined responsibilities, systematic knowledge transfer, and an active management role can substantially contribute to overcoming workforce-related challenges. The study also shows that employees generally evaluate work organization, knowledge transfer, and management support positively, while the greatest challenges are related to workload and work-related stress. The findings highlight the importance of effective human resource management and work organization for the successful operation, development, and competitiveness of small enterprises.
