Title:Pomen promocije zdravega življenja pri bolnikih s psihozo

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava problematiko bolnikov s psihotično motnjo, pri katerih zaradi več dejavnikov, povezanih z boleznijo, prihaja do motenj v splošnem funkcioniranju in posledično do negativnega vpliva na telesno zdravje. Dodaten negativni vpliv imajo lahko tudi neželeni učinki zdravil, ki pa so v zdravljenju ključnega pomena. Namen naloge je pregled navedenih dejavnikov in preučevanje vpliva specifične terapevtske dejavnosti na te negativnih posledice zdravljena. Cilj naloge oz. raziskovalnega dela je potrditev učinkovitosti specifične terapevtske metode z namenom klinične uporabe le te pri bolnikih, tako v bolnišnični kot ambulantni obravnavi. V empiričnem delu je preučevana populacija ambulantnih in deloma hospitaliziranih bolnikov Oddelka za psihiatrijo Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor, zdravljenih v letih od 2004 do 2008, ki so sodelovali v programu »Pok k dobremu počutju«, z osrednjim ciljem proučevanje vpliva tega programa na telesno težo bolnikov, ki v programu sodelujejo. Podatki so bili zbrani iz medicinske dokumentacije hospitaliziranih in ambulantnih bolnikov, ter iz evidenčnih kartonov skupine »Pot k dobremu počutju«. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da program »Pot k dobremu počutju« ugodno vpliva na spremembo telesne teže.

Title:Importance of promotion of healthy lifestyle at patients with psychosis
Abstract:Present diploma work is an overwiew of the certain problematic of patients with psychotic disorder, where multiple with disorder congruent factors couses problems in functioning with negative consecquencies on somatic health, with additional possible negative impact of antipsychotic drugs, which are on the other hand the cornerstone of treatment. The purpose of present work is an overwiew under cited factors, and to investigate impact of specific therapeutic approach on those negative consequencies. The aim of research part of present work is to confirm efficacy of specific therapeutic method, with purpose that it could be than applied on patients in hospital or outpatient setting. We investigated population of patients which were hospitalized or were in an outpatient setting at Department for Psychiatry in University Clinical Center Maribor in period between 2004 and 2008, which were participating in a program named »Pot k dobremu počutju« with main purpose to investigate the impact of certain program on body weight of enrolled patients. Medical data were collected from patients medical records of Department, or medical records from group »Pot k dobremu počutju«. Results shows that program »Pot k dobremu počutju« has positive impact on body weight change.
