Mejo varujemo s postavitvijo senzorjev nanjo in v notranjost omejenega območja. Razvite algoritme smo preizkusili z različnimi vhodnimi podatki. Dobljene rezultate smo analizirali. Na podlagi analize smo primerjali algoritme in poiskali njihove prednosti in slabosti.

Title:Border Guarding on Digital Terrain Model
Abstract:In this thesis we dealt with the problem of border guarding on a digital terrain model. The border is protected by placing sensors along it and inside the restricted area. Implementation was based on digital terrain models DMR100 and DMR25. We are using both, non-directed and directed sensors for terrain guarding. Our goal is to set up as few sensors as possible and that the setting is uniform. First we looked into solving the visibility problem, which we need to test the visibility between the sensors and the border. Then we developed the algorithms for setting up non-directed and directed sensors. We tested the developed algorithms with different input data. Then we analyzed the acquired results. Based on the analysis, we compared the algorithms and found their advantages and disadvantages.
Keywords:border guarding, digital terrain model (DTM), visibility problem, sensor instalation
