V sodobnem nogometu navijači postajajo najpomembnejša stranka klubov, zato ti vse bolj uporabljajo napredne CRM rešitve, da bi bolje razumeli vedenje navijačev, personalizirali komunikacijo in okrepili njihovo zvestobo. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pojem CRM, njegove vrste, ponudnike in sodobne trende, povezane z analitiko velepodatkov in umetno inteligenco, ter koncept upravljanja odnosov z navijači (FRM). V empiričnem delu smo s primerjalno študijo primerov in analizo javno dostopnih virov proučili tri klube, in sicer Real Madrid, FC Barcelono in Paris Saint-Germain.

Title:The role of crm solutions in strengthening fan loyalty: a comparative study of european football giants
Abstract:This thesis examines the role of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions in strengthening fan loyalty at top European football clubs. In modern football, fans are becoming the most important customers of clubs, which increasingly use advanced CRM solutions to better understand fan behaviour, personalise communication and strengthen loyalty. The theoretical part presents the concept of CRM, its types, providers and current trends related to big data analytics and artificial intelligence, as well as the concept of fan relationship management (FRM). The empirical part uses a comparative case study and an analysis of publicly available sources to examine three clubs, namely Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. We find that all three use advanced cloud-based CRM solutions that increasingly incorporate analytics and artificial intelligence, and that they report growth in digital engagement and in their fan base. At the same time, their approaches differ significantly according to ownership structure, history and geographic orientation, as Real Madrid and Barcelona are member-owned clubs with strong local roots, while PSG is a privately owned and strongly globally oriented club. We conclude that in modern football CRM has become a strategic tool for strengthening fan loyalty rather than merely technical support.
