Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava analizo poslovne izvedljivosti in razvoj poslovno-finančnega modela projektantskega podjetja za načrtovanje strojnih inštalacij. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene značilnosti projektantskih podjetij, vpliv projektantskih kapacitet, stroškovna struktura in zakonodajni okvir poslovanja.

Title:Business feasibility analysis and development of a model engineering company for mechanical installations design
Abstract:This master's thesis addresses the analysis of business feasibility and the development of a business-financial model for a design engineering company specializing in mechanical building services. The aim of the research was to identify the key factors affecting the financial stability and overall business performance of the company. The theoretical part presents the characteristics of design engineering companies, the impact of design capacities, cost structure, and the regulatory framework governing their operations. The practical part focuses on the development of a business-financial model based on available capacities, project volume, service pricing, and operating costs. A practical example of designing mechanical building services for a residential building is also presented, illustrating the actual scope of engineering design work. To evaluate the stability of the model, sensitivity and scenario analyses were conducted. The results indicate that project volume, service pricing, and labor costs have the greatest impact on business performance. The findings confirm the usefulness of the developed model as a tool for planning, evaluation, and decision-making support in design engineering companies.
