Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava nadzorovano fragmentacijo betona z eksplozivnimi naboji nitrometana za hitro prebijanje ovir v reševalnih operacijah (t. i. umazani preboj). Cilj je bil numerično analizirati in optimizirati večtočkovno razporeditev nabojev. V okolju LS DYNA sta bili primerjani metoda končnih elementov in SPH metoda ob uporabi materialnega modela CSCM.

Title:Numerical analysis and optimisation of explosive charge distribution for controlled concrete fragmentation
Abstract:This master's thesis investigates the controlled fragmentation of concrete using nitromethane charges for rapid obstacle breaching in rescue operations ("dirty breach"). It aims to numerically analyze and optimize multi-point charge arrangements. Finite element and SPH methods were compared in LS-DYNA using the CSCM material model. Experimentally validated results prove the method safely creates continuous fracture paths without dangerous material ejection on the rescue side. For 40 MPa concrete, optimal charge spacing is 100–150 mm at a depth leaving 30 mm of intact concrete. The developed numerical model provides a solid foundation for further research and optimization.
