V prvem delu skozi teoretični pregled opredelimo ključne pojme, kot so digitalni mediji, spletni portali in uporabniška izkušnja. V empiričnem delu proučujemo uporabniško izkušnjo uporabnikov spletnega portala grazia.si skozi dimenziji uporabnosti in afekta.

Title:The role of user experience of the use of the GRAZIA magazine web portal
Abstract:In this thesis, we focus on the role of user experience in the use of the GRAZIA magazine’s web portal, grazia.si. In the first part, we define key concepts—such as digital media, webportals, and user experience—through a theoretical review. In the empirical part, we examine the user experience of users of the grazia.si web portal through the dimensions of usability and affect. We are interested in its relationship with sociodemographic factors, actual usage, various modes of use, satisfaction, and the intention to continue using the portal. The results of the statistical analysis showed that a better user experience among users is associated with viewing more content and spending more time on the web portal, while sociodemographic factors and different ways of using the portal are not associated with the user experience. We found a strong positive correlation between user experience and satisfaction with the portal, as well as a correlation between satisfaction and the intention to continue using the portal, which indicates the importance of a high-quality user experience in digital media. The results of thisstudy provide an important starting point for the further development and improvement of the grazia.si portal and contribute to further research on digital media.
