Abstract:Zagotavljanje varnosti in zdravja pri delu predstavlja eno ključnih področij v gradbeništvu, vendar se evidentiranje in spremljanje varnostnih ukrepov na številnih gradbiščih še vedno izvaja na tradicionalen način. Takšen način dela pogosto povzroča počasnejši pretok informacij, pomanjkljivo sledljivost ter otežuje učinkovito spremljanje izvajanja varnostnih ukrepov. Uvajanje digitalnih rešitev omogoča izboljšanje teh procesov, večjo preglednost podatkov in učinkovitejše sodelovanje med udeleženci gradbenega projekta. Magistrsko delo obravnava uporabo digitalnih rešitev za podporo procesu evidentiranja, posredovanja, spremljanja in zaključevanja varnostnih ukrepov v okviru knjige skupnih ukrepov. Z njimi so bile preverjene ugotovitve analize primerjave tradicionalne in digitalne knjige skupnih ukrepov ter pridobljene preliminarne ocene časovnih in stroškovnih učinkov uporabe digitalnega načina dela v primerjavi s tradicionalnim načinom. Na podlagi analize digitalnega in tradicionalnega evidentiranja varnostnih ukrepov so ovrednoteni vplivi digitalizacije na preglednost in popolnost podatkov, sledljivost odgovornosti, hitrost pretoka informacij ter nadzor nad izvajanjem varnostnih ukrepov. Rezultati kažejo, da digitalni način evidentiranja in spremljanja varnostnih ukrepov v primerjavi s tradicionalnim načinom dela prispeva k večji dostopnosti, popolnosti in sledljivosti informacij ter k zmanjšanju obsega administrativnih del in komunikacijskih aktivnosti.

Title:Advanced digital solutions for ensuring construction site safetyadvanced digital solutions for ensuring construction site safety
Abstract:Although occupational safety and health is a key topic in the construction industry, many construction sites still use traditional methods of monitoring and maintaining records of safety measures. This approach often results in a slower flow of information, inadequate traceability, and makes it difficult to effectively monitor the implementation of safety measures. The implementation of digital solutions allows for improvement of these processes, more data transparency, and more effective collaboration among various participants involved in the construction project. This master’s thesis examines the use of digital solutions to support recording, communicating, monitoring, and finalizing safety measures in the context of the Health and Safety Risk Register. The theoretical section presents the concepts of digitization in construction, the Common Data Environment (CDE), the BIM approach, and other digital technologies that contribute to more efficient information management and improving safety on construction sites. The practical section uses a specific example to demonstrate an analysis of traditional and digital versions of the joint measures document on the Dalux platform. The KVP2 method was used to develop streamlining proposals, and interviews were also conducted with experts involved in the project concerned. These approaches were used to verify the findings of the comparative analysis of traditional and digital Health and Safety Risk Registerand to obtain preliminary time and cost estimates of the employed digital work methods compared to traditional ones. Based on an analysis of digital and traditional methods of maintaining records of safety measures, this thesis evaluates the impacts of digitization on data transparency and completeness, accountability, the speed of information flow, and oversight over the implementation of safety measures. The results show that, compared to traditional methods, the digital approach to recording and monitoring safety measures contributes to improved accessibility, completeness, and traceability of information, as well helps reduce administrative work and communication activities.
