Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE OF THE FUTURE: TEAM-BASED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:Team-based organisation is undoubtedly the most advanced and most efficient mode of operation of certain groups of people who participate in a specific organizational process. It also represents a cultural base of a particular society or a nation. We found out, that in a free market organizational system, team-based organisation cannot fully exploit its potential at the level of a society as a whole. Furthermore, in a system of perfect competition, there is a strong possibility that a team-based organisation has a negative impact on employees psychological and physical existence. The distribution of the goods gained with the organisational processes in those systems is disproportionately delivered to the participants and we claim, that in those systems, such self-appointed action is inevitable by itself. The rules of such systems, under which the organizational science should implement its knowledge, are in reality inappropriate for the successful implementation of an organizational and economic progress. Accordingly, we had to rearrange and recreate the existing teamwork knowledge to a useful value of its own, yet a well-hidden potential. As a possible solution, we presented the construction of a system within a system, where the newly constructed system is based on The Velvet Organizational Theory. As seen, it is about a series of inextricably related organizations, which would have been able to change the economic development into the economic progress.
