Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo teoretične in normativne osnove za delovanje zasebnih agencij za zaposlovanje v Republiki Sloveniji. Prikazane so storitve štirih zasebnih agencij, pri čemer smo ugotovili, da je njihov nabor storitev za delodajalce oziroma naročnike zelo širok. V preglednici smo skušali strniti ključne prednosti in slabosti tako imenovanega tristranega zaposlovanja za delodajalce in delavce. Primerjali smo nekaj vidikov primerjave med javnim zavodom za zaposlovanje (Zavodom Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje) ter zasebnimi agencijami. V zaključnem delu skušamo presoditi razvojne možnosti zasebnih agencij za zaposlovanje v Republiki Sloveniji, med katerimi se nedvomno že danes pojavlja ostra konkurenca.

THE ROLE OF PRIVATE AGENCIES IN REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:
In this diploma we are introducing the theoretical and normative basis of activities from privately held employment agencies in Slovenia. We are showing services of four different agencies, from where you can see that their service selection is wide for both employers and employees. We try to present the benefits and disadvantages, of a tripartite business relationship. In our work, we've compared a few aspects of the privately held employment agencies, against the Slovenia's agency for employment. In the final part of the diploma, we try to evaluate the development possibilities of privately held employment agencies, which are experiencing new competitors in the business every day.
