Abstract:Hitro spreminjajoče se poslovno okolje in konkurenčni boj od organizacij zahtevata nenehni razvoj in prilagajanje.

Abstract:Rapidly changing business environment and competitive fight of the organizations require ongoing development and adaptation. As a result, only those in business practice, there are new organizational forms. Classical, hierarchically arranged organizations are giving way to modern, flat structured organization based on teamwork and modern information and telecommunications technology. Virtual organization is one of the modern forms of organization, beyond the borders of classical organizations. It reduces the importance of physical structures, and primarily allows flexibility and reactivity. It is based primarily on information technology and telecommunications as well as mobile work. Virtual teams represent a new stage of development of teamwork, allowing members of the team, using appropriate technology, the interaction beyond the organization, time and space. In practice, we encounter little pure virtual teams, more and more are emerging conventional teams, using elements of Virtuality. This figure indicates the trend of development of teamwork in the future. Virtual organization, which in its operation using virtual teams, is only one possible modern organizational form. Example of the e-bookshop shows the implementation of the concept of Virtuality, which in our view, represents an optimal organizational solution in the given case.
