Title:REWARDING AS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY X
Abstract:Motivation is a process, running through natural human legitimacies which we can not entirely explain. The real motivation arises from people themselves. Motivation is an automatic circumstance of the appropriate work or a job. That is why the mission of the leaders is to recognize the dynamics of human motivation, to recognize their employees and stabilize them into appropriate workplace, which would enable development and a possibility for creative activity. During modelling of the appropriate system of payments, rewards and motivation it is necessary to realize, that rewarding is not just for assuring extra finantial bonuses to the employee, but contains other sorts of rewards, which are not related to finances and also have a lot of advantages and effects. Therefore it is useful to know and understand different theories of motivation, with purpose of improving the comprehension of reward effects to motivation and human behavior. It is necesary to be aware, that each separate organization is unique and therefore we can not copy reward systems from one to another and it is important to change the existent system, related to enterprise characteristics and the characteristics of their employees and their opinions. While changing the reward system it is important to be aware, that mutual relations can aggravate. Smaller changes of the system can be painless, bigger can reflect as a rise of conflicts, and that causes an influence on business results.
