Abstract:
Cilj raziskave je bil spremljanje podatkov na klavni liniji za naključne skupine bikov po pasmah. Primerjali smo klavne lastnosti bikov iz progenega testa z naključno izbranimi biki na klavnih polovicah bikov različnih pasem v starostni kategoriji A. Poskus je bil opravljen v klavnici Celjskih mesnin in v Košakih. Po zakolu in tehtanju toplih polovic je bil trup razvrščen v klavni razred (mesnatost in zamaščenost). V hladilni komori smo opravili meritev dolžine trupa in prsne globine. Zaklanih je bilo največ bikov lisaste pasme (153), ostale pasme pa so zastopane 1 do 3 %. Največjo dolžino trupa in maso polovic so imeli biki pasme šarole (CHA),pri meritvi prsne globine ni bilo ugotovljenih večjih odstopanj med pasmami. Najmlajši v zakol oddani so bili pitanci lisaste pasme (LS-1 iz progenega testa). Biki mesnih pasem niso dosegali klavne pasemske zrelosti (datum zakola tik pred prekategorizacijo trupa v B razred).

Comparison slaughterous characteristic betwen coincidental selected bulls and simmental bulls in progeny test
Abstract:
The aim of this research was to monitor data on slaughter carcass line in slaughterhouse for random groups of bulls breeds. We are compare slaughterous quality from progeny test with coincidental selected bulls on halfs of bulls body variety breeds. Experiment were done in slaughterhouse Celjske mesnine and Košaki. After slaughter and weighing warm carcass body is achived a ranging carcass body in slaughterous class (fleshiness and fatness) In cooling room we are execute to measure lenght carcass and breast depth. In slaughter was been most simental bulls (153), another breeds are deputizing 1 to 3 %. The biggest lenght carcass and body mass have got bulls charolais breeds, at measure breast depth is not bigger deviation of breeds. The youngest bulls in slaughterhouse are been simental bulls (LS-1 from progeny test). Bulls of meat breeds did not reached slaughterous species ripeness (slaughter day is close by over categorize carcass in class B).
