Abstract:Hiter tempo življenja, stres in čedalje večji napori na delovnem mestu lahko pripeljejo do njihovega izgorevanja.

Title:MOBBING IN THE COMPANY AUTOCOMMERCE D.O.O
Abstract:The fast lifestyle, stress and increasing efforts in the workplace can lead to their combustion. In order to prevent or alleviate this situation, leaders should constantly monitor employees, the way they are feeling and eventual deviations. Mobbing is a specific mode of behaviour in the workplace, by which a person or a group of people deliberately carries out psychological violence upon another person and humiliates her/him with the intention to destroy her/his reputation, honor and dignity. The ultimate purpose of mobbing is for the person to leave his/her job and terminate the employment contract. Mobbing may occur between a superior, leader and a subordinate worker, but it often also occurs among colleagues of equivalent rank. Mobbing is a serious threat not only to employees who represent the potential victims, but also for the company as a whole. It is here that shows how important part of the organization the employees are, as psychological violence deteriorates their relations, work climate, motivation, satisfaction and their work performance and effectiveness. Experts point to a major social and psychological importance of the workplace and to the destructive power of mobbing in the workplace, that destroys the physical and mental health of employees and has a negative impact on social and economic position of the individual. Mobbing victims start to emerge over time various psychological and psychosomatic disorders. Many of them fall ill and are often absent from work due to their illness
