V nadaljevanju so predstavljene naravne oblike gibanja, kjer so podrobno opisane posamezne oblike.

Title:DEVELOPING THE COORDINATION WITH THE HELP OF NATURAL FORMS OF MOVEMENT BY CHILDREN FROM FIVE TO SIX YEARS OLD
Abstract:The diploma thesis wanted to determine whetherwe can influence the development of coordination and other motorical skills with a planned, systematic and regular physical sports activity, which is mainly based on natural forms of movement. The results are taken from initial and final testing, theywerw analyzed and compared between the experimental group, which was observed during the two months of planned and regular physical sports activity and a group that did not receive these avtivities. In the theoretical part are presented motorical skills their division and means for their development. Then I presented natural forms of movement and descriptions of individual forms. The results show that children who were given, during the two months, systematic and regular physical exercise, have achieved better results in the final round of testing than children, who didn't receive such exercise. There were minor differneces between the boys and the girls, because boys achieved better results than girls. There were also differences between children with high and low body mass index, since the latter have achieved better results.
