Abstract:
V Zakonu o delovnih razmerjih je določeno, da mora delodajalec s splošnim aktom določiti pogoje za opravljanje dela na posameznem delovnem mestu oziroma za vrsto dela. Ta obveznost se sicer ne nanaša na manjše delodajalce, vendar smo se v podjetju Vigit d.o.o. Zagorje ob Savi odločili, da pripravimo učinkovit in pregleden pravilnik o organizaciji in sistemizaciji delovnih mest. Menimo namreč, da bo to prispevalo k boljšemu delu na kadrovskem področju in nasploh k doseganju poslovnih ciljev podjetja. V tem diplomskem v uvodnem delu predstavljamo nekaj prevladujočih izhodišč o sistemizaciji dela, glavnina pa je osredotočena na predstavitev podjetja in njegove dejavnosti ter opis obstoječega stanja v organizaciji in delitvi dela med posameznimi delovnimi mesti oziroma delavci ter opažene pomanjkljivosti. Na tej osnovi smo pripravili predlog za novo ureditev, vključno s pravilnikom o organizaciji in sistemizaciji delovnih mest v podjetju.

JOB CLASSIFICATION IN FIRM VIGIT D.O.O. ZAGORJE OB SAVI
Abstract:
In Employment relationship act is stated that every employer must set all conditions for work on all working posts or type of work in a company and published it in general act. This obligation isn't neccessary for small employers, however, we decided to prepare efficient and transparent rules on organization and systemization of working posts in Vigit d.o.o. Zagorje ob Savi. We think, that efficient and transparent rules on organization and systemization will contribute to better work on human resource area and achiving bussines goals of the company. Introduction of this degree dissertation is a presentation of dominant positions about systemization of work, most of it is focused to the presentation of the company and it's activities, description of exsisting state in organization, division of labour within working posts or workers and observed deficiencies. With this basis, we prepared proposal for new arrangements including The rules on organization and systemization of working posts in a company Vigit d.o.o. Zagorje ob Savi.
