Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen sistem izvajanja rednih letnih pogovorov v podjetju Mobitel. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu sem podala teoretično opredelitev sistema rednih letnih pogovorov z opisom posameznih aktivnosti, postopkov in nalog, ki sestavljajo učinkovit sistem rednih letnih pogovorov. Predstavljena je tudi dejavnost podjetja Mobitel in njegova organizacijska struktura. V raziskovalnem delu naloge sem s pomočjo ankete med zaposlenimi skušala ugotoviti trenutno stanje sistema izvajanja letnih pogovorov in kakšne so možnosti glede sprememb ter izboljšav na tem področju. Glede na rezultate ankete, analizo pridobljenih podatkov in s pomočjo teoretičnih spoznanj sem podala bistvene ugotovitve in predloge izboljšav.

REGULAR ANNUAL INTERVIEW IN COMPANY MOBITEL
Abstract:
SUMMARY This thesis presents a system of implementing regular annual interviews in the Mobitel company. The thesis is composed of theoretical and research parts. Theoretical part includes a theoretical definition of the system of regular annual interviews by describing individual activities, procedures, and tasks constituting an efficient system of regular annual interviews. In this part of the thesis I present Mobitel company and include comapany´s operations and organisational structure. In the research part I tried to determine, by means of questionnarie among the employees, the current status of the system of implementing regular annual interviews and what the possibilities regarding changes or improvements in this sphere are. Based on the results of the questionnaire, their analysis and theoretical knowledge, key conclusions and suggestions for improvements have been provided.
