Abstract:	Upravljanje s človeškimi viri (HRM — Human resource management) je zelo pomemben segment delovanja vsake organizacije. Zanemarjanje tega pomembnega segmenta delovanja lahko odločilno vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu in posledično na rezultate organizacije. Ker pa organizacijo vodijo ljudje, je treba omogočiti dobre delovne pogoje in tako pri zaposlenih ustvariti zadovoljstvo pri delu in jim vzbuditi občutek pripadnosti. Ravnanje s človeškimi viri je proces, ki zajema vse postopke od načrtovanja potreb po kadru, pridobivanja, zaposlovanja, motiviranja, usposabljanja pa do odhoda zaposlenega v pokoj. Kot problem raziskovanja smo izbrali vpliv izbire in ravnanja z logističnim kadrom v logistiki Slovenske vojske na kvaliteto, obseg izvajanja logističnih nalog, ki zajema primernost izbire kadra za logistične naloge, angažiranje logističnega kadra na nelogističnih nalogah, informiranje in organiziranost logističnega kadra, odnos do logistike v SV nasploh. Z analizo podatkov smo želeli ugotoviti, na kateri ravni je ravnanje s človeškimi viri v logistiki SV in ali je mogoče raven ravnanja še izboljšati.

Title:	Human resurce management in Slovenian army logistics
Abstract:	Neglecting this important part in operation can decisively effects employees, in a way of their satisfaction at work and it could end in a bad results of organization. Because the organization is lead by people, it's necessary to offer them the best possible conditions to work. That is a small, but important piece to satisfy the employees and also wake a sense in them of belonging into the organization. Managing human resources is a process that covers all procedures from planning the need for staff, employment, motivation, in-service training and finally retirement. As a problem in research we have chosen the affect of selection and handling, with logistic-staff in logistics of Slovenian armed forces. Paying special attention on quality, work range in executing logistic tasks, covering; the suitability of staff for logistic tasks, engagement of logistic staff at non-logistic tasks, informing and organizating in logistics staff and general relationship between the logistics and Slovenian armed forces. With analysis based on received feedbacks and informations, we wanted to figure out on which level is management with human resources in Slovenian armed forces logistics and possibility of improvement, so we can take the logistics to the next level.
