| Abstract: | V diplomskem delu opisujemo izvedbo povezave med programsko naročniško centralo Asterisk in sistemom za upravljanje s strankami SugarCRM. V sistem sugarCRM vgradimo gumba za dodajanje in brisanje uporabnika iz centrale Asterisk, centrali Asterisk pa spremenimo klicni načrt, tako da se med izvajanjem klicev zapisujejo podatki o klicu v podatkovno bazo. Te podatke lahko preverjamo v vmesniku sistema SugarCRM. Na centralo povežemo IP-telefon Swissvoice, telefon VoIP Nokia E72 ter programski telefon X-Lite. Povezavo preizkusimo ter prikažemo delovanje vmesnika sistema SugarCRM in centrale Asterisk. |
