Title:GAINING OF FAMILY FRIENDLY ENTERPRISE CERTIFICATE
Abstract:One of the way, how an enterprise becomes family friendly is access of the enterprise to the acquisition of the certificate “Family Friendly Enterprise” in which it obligates that in the regular period and with the definite acceptable measures tries to contribute to the better working circumstances of its employees and at the same time for more quality human resources management within the enterprise. The certificate will help in the contexts of harmonizing professional and family obligations. The employees are becoming the most important part of the enterprise, which helps to keep the competitive advantage of it. For competitive work, the employees have to be awarded correspondently and therefore it is of key importance that they feel well, believe in aims and values of enterprise and they feel the adherence with the enterprise. The majority of Slovenian parents act double role; beside the parenthood work professionally as well. The Slovene employees do not aware the meaning of active attitude to parenthood at working place. When we confront with this problem, the response of employers is very different. The diploma work shows the situations on the field of professional work versus family in Slovenia. With my research work I wish to gain better view of situation and find out if those methods the enterprise accepted as family friendly enterprise shows as effective.
