Abstract:V vsakem podjetju oziroma organizaciji prihaja do občasnih trenj ali nezadovoljstva, bodisi znotraj podjetja, med zaposlenimi, bodisi med strankami in zaposlenimi.

Title:DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT
Abstract:Occasional tension and dissatisfaction occur in every company or organization. These tensions may arise among the employees or between employees and customers. These conflicts can sometimes be dealt with quickly, but more often than not it takes a third party to intervene. With the help of communication, which is often unsatisfactory, the manager of the company tries to avert the conflicts. With his or her authoritativeness and assertiveness, plus the awe they inspire, it all seems easier. As the driving force of every company, the manager daily performs many tasks in the area of human resources as a part of his job. Keeping in mind that the manager oftentimes has the final say in things, it is only natural that he or she be included in the affairs of production and accounting. His or her presence is also indispensible when the company looks for new employees, when there is a discussion about salaries, when it comes to assigning employees to work posts and handing out assignments, giving advice and so on. The times today are harder than in the past, especially if the economic strength of the company is week. I have conducted a survey to find out, if the manager should have any special knowledge, has he or she taken part in any useful seminars or courses, which areas of his work could he or she be even more effective at. I have used this information and tried to show on real-life cases, if it is essential for a leader to effectively represent the company and lead the group of employees.
