Abstract:POVZETEK Podjetja si dandanes želijo imeti najboljše zaposlene, ki bi delali hitro, natancno in bi bili sposobni inovativno razmišljati. Le s takimi zaposlenimi podjetje lahko uresnici svoje cilje in zamisli. Za doseganje takšne ucinkovitosti pa morajo biti zaposleni visoko motivirani. Motivirani zaposleni so pripravljeni veliko prispevati k doseganju ciljev podjetja. Dober vodja bo skušal svoje zaposlene motivirati z razlicnimi motivacijskimi programi, kot so placa, nagrade, priznanja za dobro opravljeno delo ... Vodja, ki se zaveda vrednosti svojih zaposlenih, lahko ustvari klimo, ki pripelje do izjemne delovne uspešnosti. Motiviranost zaposlenih vpliva tudi na zadovoljstvo posameznikov v podjetju. Vedeti moramo, da lahko samo zadovoljni in visoko motivirani zaposleni dosežejo dobre ekonomske rezultate podjetja. Motivirani in zadovoljni zaposleni bodo imeli tudi boljše medsebojne odnose. Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati motiviranost in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na splošno. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov – teoreticnega in empiricnega. V teoreticnem delu smo opisali motivacijo, vodenje in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, pri cemer smo si pomagali z razpoložljivo literaturo. Teoreticni del je razdeljen na tri poglavja. V prakticnem delu smo se ukvarjali z raziskavo zadovoljstva zaposlenih. S pomocjo anketnega vprašalnika smo zbrali kljucne podatke o motiviranosti in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri delu. Diplomsko delo smo zakljucili z analizo stanja o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih.

Title:INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION ON JOB SATISFACTION
Abstract:SUMMARY Companies are today seeking to have the best employees, which would work quickly, accurately and would be capable of innovative thinking. Only with such employees the company can realize its goals and ideas. To achieve such performance employees must be highly motivated. Motivated employees are ready to make a substantial contribution to achieve the company’s goals. A good manager will try to motivate its employees with different motivational programs, such as pay, rewards, recognition for a well done job. A leader, who recognizes the value of its employees, can create a climate that leads to exceptional performance. Motivation of employees affects the satisfaction of individuals in the company. We have to know that only satisfied and motivated employees can achieve good economic results of the company. Motivated and satisfied employees will have better mutual relationships. The purpose of this study is to explore the motivation and employee satisfaction in general. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part we describe the motivation, leadership and employee satisfaction, where we helped ourselves with available literature. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. In the practical part we made a survey on employee satisfaction. With the help of questionnaire we collected critical data on motivation and employee satisfaction at work. The Thesis ends with an analysis of the situation on employee satisfaction.
