Abstract:
Motivacija je za socialno vedenje ena najpomembnejših psihičnih funkcij in daje vsakemu človeku značilen pečat posebnosti. V diplomski nalogi raziskujemo pomembnost učne motivacije v glasbeni šoli. Za uspešno delovanje tovrstnih ustanov je namreč potrebno pridobiti in obdržati čim večje število učencev, ki redno obiskujejo individualne učne ure in se tja vračajo motivirani ter zadovoljni. V teoretičnem delu povzemamo nekaj najpomembnejših motivacijskih teorij in drugih teoretičnih osnov na področju učne motivacije. V raziskovalni del pa je bilo vključenih šestdeset anketiranih učencev dveh glasbenih šol. Po obdelavi rezultatov raziskovanja pa smo odgovorili na tri pomembna raziskovalna vprašanja, in sicer, kaj vpliva na padec motivacije, kaj učence najbolj motivira in kaj lahko učitelj glasbene šole stori za uspešno motiviranje učencev.

MOTIVATION FOR LEARNING IN MUSIC SCHOOL
Abstract:
Motivation is one of the most important psychical functions for social behavior and gives each person a distinctive seal of the specialty. In our thesis we explore the importance of learning motivation in music school. For maintaining success of such institutions it is crucial to obtain and retain the larger number of students, who regularly visit the individual lessons and return there motivated and pleased. In theoretical part we summarized some of the most important motivation theories and other theoretical bases in the field of motivation to learn. The research includes sixty respondents of two music schools. The results of the survey gave the answers to three important questions of research: which are the factors that have the most impact on decrease of motivation, what motivates students the most and what can a music teacher do, to successfully motivate his students.
