Title:REGULATION OF STUDENT LABOUR MARKET IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:Student work in Slovenia is a pecularity which needs to be regulated, especially because it has gone beyond its »allowable« boundaries. Issues dealt in the field of student work are fictitious enrolment and abuse of student work referrals. These problems further increase the error in the labour market. The last attempt of the student work improvement has been done on the basis of a completely new law introduction, the Mini jobs law. The last was rejected in the referendum in April. Currently, the situtation regarding regulation in the field of student work has calmed down, yet the question of how to regulate the student work market remains open. Moreover, different suggestions which have been proposed recently are presented in the diploma paper.
Keywords:labour market, student work, regulation of student work, Mini jobs law, Ministry of labour, family and social affairs, Slovenian Student Union.
