Abstract:Društva so neprofitne organizacije in ker praviloma ne ustvarjajo dobička, nimajo veliko sredstev za zaposlovanje.

Title:EMPLOYMENT PROBLEMS IN SOCIETIES
Abstract:Local clubs (clubs) are non-profit organizations, which don’t create profit and they don’t have a lot of resources for employment. For funds they must ask other similar public institutions, that they can think and invest in the future. One way of investing is also recruiting new people. There is less and less volunteers, but people who need money to survive is more and more. Therefore, the associations are hiring students, what brings lower costs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical work. The theoretical concepts were defined: non-profit organization, volunteers and professionals. Below we described the difference between employment and recruitment of students by entering into a contract of employment. We also described some possible methods of recruitment, which non-profit organizations could use them. In the empirical work we conducted a study on this, or have someone working in their clubs, how many members consist of their society, why today do not employ staff ...we found out that if you can not afford a staff employee you hire students who are presenting a lower cost. Some societies can not afford even students.
