Abstract:	Podjetja po svetu so se že začela zavedati pomembnosti vsakega posameznika v podjetju ter pomena pozitivnega vpliva zadovoljnih in pripadnih zaposlenih na uspešnost celotne organizacije. Ponekod, tudi v Sloveniji pa je takšna zavest organizacij še vedno precej ne razvita. Nekatere organizacije imajo še vedno premalo znanja, zaupanja ali volje da bi, morda še višje cilje organizacije, skušale doseči preko zadovoljstva in pripadnosti svojih zaposlenih. Pri raziskovanju razvitosti in zavzetosti organizacije za vlaganje v človeški kapital oziroma v zadovoljstvo in pripadnost zaposlenih, smo pod drobnogled vzeli enega večjih kemijsko predelovalnih podjetij v Sloveniji ter preverili obstoječe stanje stopnje zadovoljstva in pripadnosti. Na osnovi izpolnjeni in analiziranih anketnih vprašalnikov zaposlenih smo oblikovali predloge ukrepov, ki bi povečali stopnjo zadovoljstva in pripadnosti zaposlenih in tako podjetju brez večjih denarnih investicij prinesli vejo uspešnost.

Title:	SATISFACTION AND EMPLOYEE LOYALTY IN THE CHEMICAL PROCESSING COMPANY
Abstract:	Companies around the world are becoming aware of the importance of each individual in the company and the significance of the positive influence of content and loyal employees on the performance of the entire organization. In some countries, including Slovenia, most organizations still have not developed such consciousness. Some organizations are still lacking knowledge, self-confidence or will to try achieving higher goals of their organizations trough the satisfaction and loyalty of their employees. During the research on the organization's progress and its commitment to invest in human capital and/or in satisfaction and loyalty of its employees, we took a closer look at one of the largest companies in the chemical processing field in Slovenia. We have examined the actual situation of company's employee satisfaction and loyalty. Based on the completed and analyzed queestionnaires by the employees, we have formed the proposal for measures that would increase the level of employee satisfaction and their loyalty to the company. Those measures would increase the company's success without major cash investments.
