Abstract:Raziskava zajema ekonomsko analizo osnovnih čebeljih pridelkov: med, cvetni prah, propolis in matični mleček. Uporabljene metode v raziskavi so bile naslednje: simulacijsko modeliranje, kalkulacija skupnih stroškov in kalkulacija pokritja.

Title:Economical analysis of bee products
Abstract:The research is about economic analysis of basic bee production: honey, bee, pollen, propolis, and, royal jelly. Therefore a simulation model was developed taking into account the proper technological data for an individual bee product. The model as a tool for helping the beekeeper to decide is met for economical assessment of the justified or profitable: 1. Wholesale of the product 2. Direct sale. The used methods in the research were: simulation modeling, calculation of common expenses and calculation of coverage. The results of the analysis showed that sale of basic bee products directly to the consumers is economically more profitable then wholesale. In addition the results show that production of bee products is economically justified because the economical index (except with honey that is expected to be more than 10 kg per hive) is higher than 1,00. Analysis showed that economically the most profitable is the production of pollen for a direct form of sale, because common income of pollen reached a value of 90.000,00 €, the value of the financial result is 82.638,90 € and the economical index reached the value 12, 23. Oppositely the least profitable for a beekeeper is production of honey with the foreseen production of 10 kg per hive and wholesale, because the economical index is only 0, 74. Analysis also showed that common coverage with direct sale is higher than with wholesale.
