Abstract:Pogajanja so način, da dobimo kar želimo. Gre za dvosmerno komunikacijo, ki je namenjena doseganju dogovora, kadar imate vi in nasprotna stran nekatere skupne in druge nasprotne interese. Pogajanja so ena najbolj pogostih aktivnosti človeka. Pogajalske strategije in taktike sem vam želela v diplomskem seminarju čim bolj predstaviti. V diplomskem delu se najprej seznanimo z definicijo pojma pogajanje in sestavinami pogajanj. Opazili bomo, da so različni avtorji navedli veliko različnih opredelitev.

Title:NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES AND TACTICS
Abstract:Negotations are a way to o get what we want. This is two way communication that is intended to achieve an agreement when you and oposite side have some common and other adverse interests. Negotations are one of the most common human activities. I wanted maximize presentation of negotation strategies and tactics. At first we acquainte with the definition of the concept of negotation and the constituents of the negotations. We will observe that different authors have very different definitions. Disagreement and conflict are the cause for negotation. Because of that I give ceratin chapter only to a conflict. We have to know that there is not only one type of conflict. As I mentioned negotations are not currently situation, but a longer process, which consists of four steps. If we want to derive a good negotation, we will not miss anystage of the process. The next chapter talks about a negotiator’s personality, which is more than important. We find traits that a negotatior should have and traits that a negotatior should not have. Impact of personality traits divide negotatiors in four types: donkey – sheep – fox and owl. In negotation’s describtions are allways facing terms negotating styles and negotation strategies, although they are very different. Two more extensive chapters are given to negotation strategies and tactics. At first I identified them and then I indicated their thypes used in negotatons. The last chapter is devoted to a situation that is called a blind alley. It is a situation where negotatiors can not find common ground.
