Abstract:Podrobneje smo spoznali tri gonilne sili podjetništva s študijem podjetniškega procesa, ki predstavlja najširši okvir delovanja podjetnika in njegovega tima, od ideje za novi podjem do njegove uresničitve.

Title:A SEARCH AND ESTIMATION OF BUSINESS IDEAS
Abstract:Three driving forces of enterprises have been known inside out in details with the study of entrepreneurial process, which represents the broadest frame of a businessman's and his team's operation - that is from the idea of a new product to its realization. Basic models of this process and its root makings and their mutual relationships have been known inside out. What has been found out is a fact that it is a businessman and his team who is on the first place among basic elements of the process, for they present the intellectual capital which creates a new value in a combination with opportunities and means. Basic theories of business's life cycle have been especially under consideration. We have also known a business's development phase model, but furthermore what has been compared are kinds of businesses considering life cycle. First steps in enterprises are mostly related to having a good business idea with more or less potential as a starting point, a team of people having knowledge and other capabilities to realize the idea, money for establishment, launch and growth of business. But what also is of great importance is the fact that the idea's potential needs to be checked in a business plan, which, for more reasons, represents a very important document for a businessman. One more aspect needs to be mentioned considering the ideas. When we are thinking about a good business idea, we many times focus on the innovative product or the service itself, maybe merely on the technology. Nevertheless, good business ideas can also arise on entirely different levels. The initial point of whichever successful new business is the offer of the basic product or service. This idea can be developed with or without the help of different techniques. Techniques that can lead us to good production ideas can be accompanying acquaintances' remarks, new products' (offered by a competition) valuation, familiarity with new ideas which are already included in a new patent, but also active integration to research and progress. If a big number of potential ideas is disclosed, they have to be checked and marked in order to determine their suitability for further development. Ideas which show the most possibilities, go furthermore through three levels so that they would finally reach commercialisation. These levels are: a concept, production progress and market trial. A businessman has to value constantly through a process of an idea so that one could later successfully penetrate with one's business.
Keywords:a business idea, an entrepreneurial process, creativity, a process of creativity, techniques of creative thinking, a valuation of a business idea.
