Abstract:Osnovni namen diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti odnos staršev do igre otrok na začetku šolanja. Najprej sem hotela predstaviti pomen igre za otroka na začetku šolanja, saj menim, da je igra prilagojena otrokom. Igra omogoča otroku, da se razvija na vseh področjih. Pomembna je ne glede na to, ali gre za dojenčka, otroka v vrtcu ali šolskega otroka. Otrok se bo preko igre lažje učil, ker je bolj zbran, saj ga igra zanima in pritegne. Učenje skozi igro na začetku šolanja je posebej pomembno, saj se igra uporablja kot način učenja pri pouku. Šestletniki postopoma prehajajo od igranja k delovnim (šolskim) nalogam. Vendar, ker pa je šestletnik postal šolar, je potrebno poiskati tiste aktivnosti, ki bodo otroka zadovoljile. Od šestletnega otroka ne moremo zahtevati dolgotrajnega sedenja v klopi. Na začetku šolanja je igra pomembna za otrokov razvoj in učenje. V igri bo otrok šolar razvijal razne sposobnosti in delovne navade.

Title:LEARNING THROUGH PLAYING IN THE FIRST YEARS OF SCHOOL
Abstract:The primary purpose of my thesis was to establish the attitude of parents towards children's playing first years of school. First, I wanted to present the importance of child's play at the start of school, because I think the play is adopted to children. The playing allows the child to develop in all areas. It is important regardless of whether we speak of a baby, a child in the kindergarten or a school child. Child will learn easier through playing, because he or she is more focused – games attract children. Learning through play at the beginning of school is very important because the play is used as a way of teaching in the classroom. Six year olds gradually switch from playing to their school work. Since they become students it is necessary to find those activities that will at least partially satisfy their needs. We cannot ask from a six year old to sit at the desk for a long time. When beginning school, the child's play is the most important for children's development and learning. Through playing a child will develop different skills and work habits.
