Abstract:
Z diplomskim delom želimo prikazati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v nepremičninskih agencijah. Prikazali bomo pomembne osnove kako se pride do zadovoljstva zaposelnega in posledično do njegove pripadnosti in kako upravljati in meriti zadovoljstvo ter pripadnost zaposelnih. Prav tako se bomo osredotočili na motivacijo zaposelnih, ki je ključna za samo uspešnost in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v nepremičninskih agencijah. V empiričnem delu bomo ugotavljali pomebne lastnosti zaposelnih v nepremičninskih agencijah, odnos nepremičniskih agencij do svojih zaposlenih ter samo oceno zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Kot inštrument raziskovanja smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Z raziskavo želimo ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v nepremičninskih agencijah ter kje so vzroki za morebitno nezadovoljstvo.

Title:
THE SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES IN REAL STATE AGENCIES
Abstract:
Whit the thesis we want to show the satisfaction of employees in the real estate agencies. We will demonstrate important basics how to get satisfaction of employee and consequently its membership and how to manage and measure satisfaction and loyalty of employee. We will also focus on the motivation of employee, which is crucial for performance and satisfaction of employee in the real estate agencies. In the empirical work we will determine important properties of employee in real estate agencies, real estate agencies relationship to its employees and the assessment of employee satisfaction. As a research instrument, we have used a questionnaire survey. Whit the survey we want to determine the level of employee satisfaction in the real estate agencies and where are the reasons for any dissatisfaction.
