Državljani zahtevajo večjo kakovost, zanesljivost in uporabnost storitev.

Title:INTRODUCTION OF LEARNING ORGANISATION IN FIELD OF COMMUNITY NURSING
Abstract:Today all organisations face different types of challenges both internally as from the outside. These challenges require these organisations to change and adapt constantly. Learning organisation is a new business paradigm, which can be used as a strategical way of responding to challenges, arising from changing and unpredictable business environment. It is highly developed organisational structure design, that should be introduced in a planned way. Continuous organisatorial changes have been in past decades mostly present only in private/business organisations. Today we are aware that also public sector needs to move away from traditional management models to cope with today's demands. Customers (= citizens) expect improved quality, reliability and practicability of public sector services, which drives the need for change. The idea of learning organisation intervenes deeply into organisation's management style, its way of thinking and organisation itself. Its basic principle is for all employees to be interested in constantly taking addition education and training and to share their knowledge and experience with colleagues. All employees should also be aware about organisation's mission and goals and should contribute to its revisions. Proper implementation of learning organisation provides for successful and competitive working environment.
