Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali problematiko usklajevanja dela in družine in poskušali prikazati nekaj oblik organizacijskega dela, ki omogoča združevanje poklicnega in družinskega dela. V nalogi smo najprej predstavili različne poglede na to, kaj je delo. V nadaljevanju smo prikazali pomen formalnega in neformalnega dela. Predstavili smo problematiko usklajevanja dela in družine ter nekaj fleksibilnih oblik zaposlovanja, ki omogočajo zaposlenim staršem lažje usklajevanje dela in družine. Predstavili smo zaposlitev s krajšim delovnim časom ter zaposlitev z gibljivim delovnim časom in delo na domu. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili lastno raziskavo, ki smo jo naredili v podjetju Iskra Avtoelektrika d.d.. Glavne ugotovitve so, da zaposleni občutijo problem neusklajenosti med delom in družino, najbolj se to izraža pri starših z mlajšimi otroci. Ugotovili smo, da fleksibilne oblike zaposlovanja posameznikom omogočajo lažje usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja. Usklajevanje dela in zasebnega življenja se uvršča na seznam prednostnih nalog podjetij. Predlog o organiziranem varstvu otrok v podjetju zaposlenih so zaposleni zelo dobro sprejeli, malo manj navdušujoče pa so ga sprejeli nadrejeni.

Title:	COORDINATION OF WORK AND FAMILY AT ISKRA AVTOELEKTRIKA D.D.
Abstract:	In this dissertation, we adressed the problems of combining work and fammily and tried to show some of the forms of organizing work in which combining carreer and family work, is a posibility. We first presented diferent points of wiew on what work is. Later on we presented the meaning of formal and unformal work. We presented the problem od coordinating work and fammily and some flexible forms of employment, which allow employed parents an easier way to coordinate work and fammily. We presented an employement with shorter work hours, flexible working time and working from home. In the empiricall part of the assignment, we presented our own survey, which we did in the company of Iskra Avtoelektrika d.d.. Our main findings are, that employees experience problems with uncoordination between work and family. This is aspecialy shown on parents with younger children. We found out that flexible forms of employement allow individuals an easier way of coordinating work and their personal life. Combining work and personal life classifies on the top of the priority list of companys. The proposal of organized child care in the company of the employed personel, was very well accepted among the employees. However the idea was not as well accepted among the superiors.
