Abstract:Učinkovita kadrovska politika postaja vse pomembnejši del delovanja podjetja.

Abstract:Efficient Human Resources Management is becoming increasingly important part for the company. A lot of companies rely on Human Resources Management for their optimum functioning, whether they are a large corporations or a small familiy businesses. There are a lot of different methods and strategies of Human Resources Management for companies to choose from. Each company can choose a method the best suits its needs. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical aspect of Human Resources Management. Theoretical part focuses on different methods used by companies for their Human Resources politics. Human Resources Management begins with identifying goals, planing their human resources and also continues with the analysis of other influences such as social enviroment wich ultimatly leeds to selection of the most appropriate candidates. In practical part I first focused on a company that manages its own Human Resources politics and personaly conducts interviews with potencial candidates. Secondly I did a comparison with a company that hires an agency to do rough human resources selection for them. At the end of the thesis I discovered that larger companies tend to test their candidates for longer periods of time before they are offered more permanent employment.
