Abstract:Vsak človek kdaj naleti na konfliktno situacijo. Konflikti v podjetjih so stalnica.

Title:CONFLICTS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract:Conflicts are everywhere. They can appear between two people, group of people or inside of one person. In most cases we talk about conflict between two people, who have different opinion about something. The concept of conflict should not be equated with the term of problem. It is not the same. In every conflict, problem already exists. But it is not necessary, that every problem leads to the conflict... We should not equate conflict with behaviors that arise from it (eg violence). It is not necessary that the people who are in conflict are arguing with it at all. They could be in friendly relations or even ignoring each other. Conflicts are a regular feature in the business. It is important to identify them as soon as possible to promptly resolve them. Otherwise, the conflicts will start to reflect on our business, which may reduce productivity and weaken the company. This compromises our competitiveness and of course, the profit. We should be aware that conflicts do not bring only negative consequences, if they are solved constructively, they can help to improve relationships between employees, bring some changes and eliminate the monotony.
