Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen predlog avtomatizacije delovne celice, kjer robot na kad pralnega stroja namesti elektromotor. Glede na geometrijo delovne celice (predhodno smo si ogledali tudi obstoječe stanje) je prikazan postopek za izbiro primernega robota in njegove tehnične karakteristike. Za uspešno delovanje robota v proizvodnji, smo robotu dodali ustrezno tehnološko opremo. Robotska celica je prikazana in predstavljena v računalniškem programu RobotStudio.

ROBOTIC ASSEMBLY IN THE PRODUCTION OF WASHING MACHINES
Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals with proposition of automation of a workcell, where robot sets an electric motor on a washing machine tub. According to workcell’s geometrics (in advance we inspected also existing condition), an appropriate robot was chosen and we introduced its technical features. Suitable technological equipment was added for successful robot service in production. Robot cell was shown and introduced in RobotStudio software.
