Abstract:
POVZETEK Diplomsko delo za naslovom Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z izvedbo letnih rednih razgovorov na Mestni občini X je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. Predstavili smo Mestno občino X in njeno občinsko upravo. Poudarek smo dali na organizacijo in delovno področje občinske uprave na lokalnem nivoju. V teoretičnem delu smo na podlagi domače in tuje literature predstavili pojem rednih letnih razgovorov, njihov namen, vsebino in funkcijo, načine za pravilno izvajanje in vodenje v praksi ter probleme pri izvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili rezultate dobljene na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene v Mestni občini X. Rezultate smo statistično obdelali in jih predstavili v diplomskem delu v obliki razlag, tabel in slik. Na osnovi rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika in njegove analize ter teoretičnih spoznanj smo podali svoje ugotovitve in predloge izboljšav.

EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION WITH THE PERFORMACE OF THE ANNUAL INTERVIEWS AT THE MUNICIPALITY X
Abstract:
ABSTRACT The graduation thesis entitled Employee Satisfaction with the Performance of Annual Employee Interviews at the City Municipality of X consists of the theoretical and the research part. The City Municipality of X and its municipal administration are presented in the thesis. Emphasis has been placed on the organization and work of the municipal administration at a local level. In the theoretical part, the concept of annual employee interviews is defined according to Slovenian and foreign sources; their goal, content and function are described, as well as the methods of appropriately performing and conducting interviews in practice. In the research part of the thesis, results are presented that have been acquired on the basis of a survey among the employees of the City Municipality of X. The results have been statistically processed and are presented in this thesis in the form of explanations, tables and figures. Based on the results of the survey, the analysis of the results and theoretical knowledge, findings and proposals for improvements are provided.
