Abstract:	V magistrskem delu sta izpostavljena pomen in uporaba izkustvenega učenja kot učnega pristopa tako z vidika izobraževanja oz. usposabljanja kot z vidika osebnega razvoja posameznika. V teoretičnem delu smo izpostavili razumevanje izkustvenega učenja, splošne modele učenja in teorije izkustvenega učenja. V osrednjem delu izpostavljamo orodja za izkustveno učenje Play2gain skupaj s tehnikami njihove uporabe za učinkovito učenje. Vključevanje orodij za izkustveno učenje skupaj s sodobnimi metodami prinašajo napredek tako na področju izobraževanja kot tudi usposabljanja. Ključne prednosti izkustvenega učenja so, da je novoosvojeno znanje bolj razumljivo, življenjsko prenosljivo v vsakdanjik, saj aktivno vključuje udeleženca z vsemi čuti. Pridobljeno znanje na takšen način je tudi trajnejše. Nenanazadnje poskušamo odgovoriti na vprašanja o vlogi trenerja in posameznika za učinkovito usposabljanje ter o dejstvu, da različne situacije zahtevajo različne tehnike uporabe izkustvenega učenja. Prav tako verjamemo, da smo ljudje različni in s svojo različnostjo različno zaznavamo ter dojemamo učne izkušnje.

Title:	MEANING AND USE TECHNIQUES OF EXPERIMENTAL LEARNING IN THE TRAINING PROCESS AND EDUCATION
Abstract:	In the thesis we underline the importance and use of experiential learning as a teaching approach in terms of education, training and personal development of the individual. In theoretical part we expose understanding of experiential learning, general models of learning and theories of experiential learning. In the central part we expose the tools for experiential learning called Play2gain and proven techniques of using the tools for experiential learning, which are essential for effective learning. Integrating the tools for experiential learning with modern methods brings the progress in the field of education as well as training. The key benefit of experiential learning is that the newly acquired knowledge is more understandable and transferable to everyday life as it actively involves the participant with all of his senses. The knowledge acquired in this way is also more durable. Finally, we try to answer about the role of a coach and an individual for effective training, and the fact that different situations require different techniques of using the experiential learning. We also believe that, as people, we are different and as such we differently perceive and comprehend the learning experiences.
